1. Send us your admission form and passport.
2. This university collects tuition by receiving a check.
3. A check will be issued for your tuition fee and the student’s information will be listed on the check.
4. The tuition check will be sent to the university mailbox by registered mail with tracking code.
5. Post in Canada is done in two or three business days.
6. The photo of the check and tracking number will be sent to you within one business day. With the tracking code, you can track your post at any time

Withdrawal steps:

1. Your refund starts with a refund request from the university
2. The university will send you the appropriate forms to fill out
3. In the form, you can add Hafez’s bank account so that the refund will be received by Hafez
4. After the refund, the university will inform the students
5. You can follow up with Hafez with the announcement of the university
6. After refund, you can receive Iranian Rial within 24 hours
